I mentioned this might be my theme for 2019 and it’s simply because it’s necessary. For the past years I’ve put a lot of things first and it hasn’t always been bad but it’s left me drained.
I’m reminded that if I truly want to make an impact than I must make sure that I put my oxygen mask on first.
I try to pick a theme that focuses on the one overarching thing I want to implement into my life. This year was focusing on my true one thing which was my morning routine. In other words… “in order to win the day, win the morning.” I think I finally have the formula that it will take to do that.
I didn’t do this when I started my business largely because it’s my nature but plan to do it starting now and into 2019.
