I shot a video with my friend–Anna Davalos from Alejo Media at the end of the last year. I was reminded of the fact that we are in fact our toughest critics. Initially, when I saw the video, my thought was “I didn’t do well” but that was because my bar (of perfection) in my delivery wasn’t achieved.
