The biggest fear is often getting started. Often, there’s this perception that to start you must be perfect.
That simply isn’t the case. That’s 1.0 is for.
I’m not 100% sure of this being a newer entrepreneur (5 years at the time of this writing) but I would say that leveling up is key. Having started the new (less than a year) I AM CEO podcast. I can see the transitions. It started out with a few episodes sporadically. Then it moved to 3 days a week. Then 5 days a week and now it’s 7 days a week.
There’s a host of other additional things we can do to improve the show but the process I wanted to make sure was down to a science.
While I’m always noticing certain wrinkles that I can add, it’s the mentality that it’s 1.0 that reminds me that it’s not perfect (and probably never will be) but it’s always getting better. This is what I strive for and the essence of “progreshion.”
If I have the understanding that this podcast will be around for at least the next 5 years, it changes my mentality towards it.
