This morning I had a “moment of clarity.” I’ve always known my Achilles heel has been focus and frankly it’s been difficult to gain ground on a specific niche. I was thinking today and think I gained some clarity around the niche that I want to live.
I’ve had some thoughts about focusing on the podcast industry and even have projects up like PodCEO and Podcast Web Design to show that. Now it’s a matter of testing out that niche and seeing if it has any viability. I know the industry is growing but the question is if there’s any opportunity to niche down within that industry.
Let’s see where that goes.
