I spoke a little about good vibes but there’s such a thing as bad vibes.
I recently saw this post along the lines of the reason that I vibrate so high is because I unfollow people in real life.
There’s good vibes but there’s also those bad vibes that can enter your life. One of the reasons I feel over the last week or so that I’ve been able to counteract that is because I’ve been able to vibrate very high before the day took hold.
I will continue to work on my morning routine so that when “bad” things happen it won’t affect me.
