Jerry Jones is not a head coach. He’s an on the job GM but he knows business.
He’s a billionaire and he gets that in order to be successful in business you need to be bold and take chances. If your competitors have more money and more resources.
Sometimes you need to switch up your game and take some chances and focus those “lasers.”
