This is the theme for 2019. But I realize that putting on my oxygen mask varies.

Sometimes putting my oxygen mask on is rest.

Sometimes it’s 2 workouts.

Sometimes it’s eating a burger.

Sometimes it’s saying no.

Other times it’s saying yes.

Other times it’s going out for a run.

Then it could be writing a blog post.

Or it could be hanging out with friends.

Or it could be having a beer or 2.

It could be asking for help.

Then it could be going it alone.

The bottom line is whatever it is, this year it is important to be aware of what and how to define putting on my oxygen mask at that time and to just do it.
