Being a leader is everything.
It’s easier said than done even though you can study leadership and learn from others, it’s not a science. Often you have to make quick decisions and often you have to make hard decisions. At the end of the day, you try and stay true to the overall mission you set forth.
But I think a lot of it comes down to being authentic. When you are someone else other than yourself, especially in this day and age, you can get exposed.
So it’s important to be true to yourself and lead in the way that is authentic to you but always try to improve and get better.
