To win the day, win the morning.
My morning routine has been great to get the day started. I’m at 23 days and he’s the routine I’ve been leveraging. I’m going to add one more thing to it so it will be 4 steps.
I used to do either #1 or #2 or #3, now it’s time to take the 30-45 minutes and do all 3
- Meditate – 5 minute meditation
- Run/Workout (usually 30+ burpees)
- Getting my to-do list together
