One of the things that it’s always difficult to do is to delegate.
I spent many years trying to get “good” at what I’m not sure I was great at.
It took me trying it out to prove that I wasn’t good (sometimes even when I thought I was) and took me accepting that I wasn’t that good.
As I look at 2019, I look at trying to continue to niche down in what I do best for the good of the company and for myself and delegate the rest.
So as I live, play and work in my zone of genius–everyone else can too.
