This is how I’ve been winning the morning:
- Wake up / Brush teeth
- Meditation Track on Insight Timer specifically the 5 minutes to focus by Chad Kirchner
- Taking Star (my dog) out for a short job
- Wash up
I’ve always said that I want to meditate, work out or write to vibrate high. Well I’ve been challenging myself to vibrate higher and that has been what I’ve been able to do.
