Vibrating Higher – My Morning Routine

In order to win the day, win the morning.

This is how I’ve been winning the morning:

  1. Wake up / Brush teeth
  2. Meditation Track on Insight Timer specifically the 5 minutes to focus by Chad Kirchner
  3. Taking Star (my dog) out for a short job
  4. Wash up
  5. Write

I’ve always said that I want to meditate, work out or write to vibrate high. Well I’ve been challenging myself to vibrate higher and that has been what I’ve been able to do.
